Stryde operates on the concept of fractional ownership, where investors pool their funds together to collectively own shares in a business. Through the app, users can browse and select from a curated portfolio of businesses available for investment. Once an investment is made, investors become fractional owners and can benefit from business value appreciation.

Stryde is registered in the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).
Investing with Stryde is quite simple, however there are few steps that occur in order for you to have a piece of the pie!
Business listed on Stryde
A business is listed on Stryde in order to raise funds. We aim to have a campaign running for 90 days, however some campaigns will fund quicker than thatFunds raised
Once enough funds are raised, the funding is closed and the deal moves to its final stages.SPV created
A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) is created in the DIFC in order to incorporate and ensure that all investors in the business are legally ultimate owners through their ownership of shares in the SPV. The SPV will show on the cap table of the business. The tentative dates for all steps in the process are provided in each listing.Stryde conducts a rigorous vetting process prior to accepting any issuers on the platform. We look for revenue generating, high potential businesses that pass our screening process focusing on key elements such as market, team, traction, business model and many other elements. If a campaign fails to reach its funding target within the time allowed it will either receive an extension, this decision is made at Stryde's discretion, or it will be cancelled. In the event a campaign is cancelled, any amounts transferred will be fully refunded without any fees back to investors.
We define a material change as any change or new matter that may significantly affect the business or its ability to carry out its proposal.
Should a material change arise in a live proposal, Stryde will add details of this change to the ‘Updates’ section; where it is visible to all users.
Stryde will also contact all investors who have committed funds to the campaign to ensure that they are aware of the material change. Investors will be asked to confirm their investment commitment and will have 5 working days to confirm their commitment in writing. Any commitments not confirmed by the end of this period will be cancelled."

Stryde does not warrant or guarantee any return on your investment in any shares that you commit to invest in on the Stryde website.
Stryde does not warrant or guarantee that you will ever be able to resell your interest in such investment, that you will be able to recoup all or any part of the purchase price for such investment, or that you will ever make a profit on such investment.
To protect the rights for return of invetsors, we ensure the underlying transaction documents contain sufficient minority protection rights to ensure that is entitled to fair and market standard compensation or rights to direct portfolio company decision making. If for any case the investors are entitled to a payment which is not distributed we pursue a potential claim against the issuer.
Stryde does not warrant or guarantee that you will ever be able to resell your interest in such investment, that you will be able to recoup all or any part of the purchase price for such investment, or that you will ever make a profit on such investment.

As a regulated entity, Stryde conducts detailed Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks. Stryde will run the data provided by you through our risk matrix to determine your eligibility for investing or raising on Stryde. All data is kept up-to-date with global and regional data stores for sanctions, PEP checks, and country’s trust status. If a change to your status is detected on Stryde and you are flagged, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending an investigation.
The data we collect and store about you, and how we use it is outlined in our Privacy Policy. This data is encrypted and secured with world-class data providers. Stryde conducts continuous security audits to verify your data is fully secure and protected.
Our agreements will be covered under a common law to be agreed with the issuers at the time of agreement and depending on the jurisdiction of the issuer.
